Collaboration Over Competition
A few agents in my local market and a handful of clients asked me why I launched RG+CO. and why I didn’t just open my own brokerage or if I’m worried about “selling my secrets” to the competition. I have loved each of these conversations for so many reasons. Here's the truth: I found my perfect fit!
I so clearly see that my entire real estate career has led me to launch RG + CO. From starting a team as a new agent in my early twenties to buying and flipping houses to living abroad for nine years working in commercial real estate to crafting a job with a real estate company that I fiercely believed in, hiring 200+ agents and then walking away from it because I no longer wanted to build equity in some else’s business, to participating in mergers and consulting for brokerages that needed operational structure, to mentoring my own team, working with a retiring agent and building my own tech suite…..there are a million things that led me to RG + CO.
I wish every entrepreneur finds themselves firmly planted exactly where they were meant to be and that they have the headspace to recognize when that happens because I’m in that season right now and can tell you- it feels amazing!
I am beyond grateful for all of the late nights, early mornings, awkward conversations, head-scratching, “OMG, how the hell did I end up in this situation” conversations that I had with myself because they were each part of the journey that led me here.
So, no…I am not fearful about selling my “secrets” to agents in my market because I don’t have a fearful mindset. Collaboration over competition? ABSOLUTELY! Sharing knowledge strengthens our industry. My "secrets" are tools to empower, not to hoard.
Owning a brokerage is not for the faint of heart; you have to really want to take that path to do it right. My hat goes off to all the amazing owners I have learned from, collaborated with, and watched grow unbelievable brands. I am so inspired by their vision. It was just never my vision. Can I help strategize, structure, and build the framework for someone who sees being an owner as their calling? ABSOLUTELY!
And that, my friends, is the beauty of entrepreneurship- we get to choose, collaborate, and cheer others on!

About Rebecca
I'm a mom first — my family is my first team. I'm a serial entrepreneur second. I started my real estate business in 1991. I was a solo agent for two years before I built my first team. With two babies under two, at 24 years old, I was in the top 2% of brokers nationally, selling 45 homes a year. Fast forward to being licensed in three other states with a 9-year stint abroad, and several years in leadership with two luxury brands, coaching and collaborating with hundreds of brokers across the U.S., I’m excited to learn more about your business.
I took all of the systems I had been building for 30+ years and, in 5 years, grew a seven-figure income in a market that I was new to. I’m here to share those exact systems with you!
I'm candid and have a no-frills approach, both in business and in life. Feeding people is my love language — I'm a sucker for good wine, I make a mean Paloma, and I want every meal to feel like an exquisite dinner party — whether it's just with my husband at the kitchen island, a house full of kids, or a room full of friends + neighbors.
I see renovation projects in almost every piece of furniture or space I encounter — indoors or out. My current obsessions are gardening and our chickens. Let's talk... authenticity, systems, collaboration, coffee, travel, and good design.
I fully believe that we are the architects of our own destiny, and every day presents a new opportunity to improve! I'm so glad you're here. I can’t wait to meet you, teach you, and cheer you on!
