Benefits of Working with a Coach

Working with the right business coach can be a game-changer for your career. Being immersed in the day-to-day of running a successful real estate team and selling 80-100 houses a year, I’ve learned a few things and I’ve found that I really love teaching others. Have you considered working with a coach? What are looking for beyond sales training? Here are a few things to consider.

Why Should I Work with a Real Estate Coach?

Great question! If you are working with the right coach, you get to learn from someone else’s experiences, including mistakes. Let me tell you, making mistakes can be costly and time-consuming. However, if you are keen on learning and growing and have the right mindset, mistakes can be valuable, but take the advice of someone who has already been through it. Being aligned with an experienced coach and trainer can fast-track your career AND save you so much money!!!!

Working with a Real Estate Coach Gives You a Roadmap to Follow

Working with a real estate coach who has walked the road before you provides you with a better map to follow. A real estate coach that has sold real estate can work with on sales training, client retention, negotiation skills, and technology. A good coach should counsel you on all these business aspects.

Successful Selling

Obviously, one of the goals of working with a coach is to increase your production in a way that is most suited for you. But what does that mean? I believe your path to success is different than the next person’s path because we are all different and will all attract different clients from different sources. One shoe will NEVER fit al. You need someone who can guide you towards selling authentically!

Learning The Latest Technology

Let’s talk about technology. Oh my goodness, technology can feel like a swear word to many real estate agents. If you hate it and don’t know how to use the systems needed, you need to find a solution because technology is not going away any time in the future. But, on the other hand, if you love it and want to take every new tool on board, you’re also in trouble. Talk about a double-edged sword. Wouldn’t it be great to be a fly on someone else’s wall to get the rundown on the tech options in our industry? A great coach or mentor will be able to help in this way, too!

Systems

Listing and transaction checklists, SOPs, job descriptions for employees, Buyer Guides, Sellers Guides, and email templates….do you have all of these? If not, you should. Is it crazy to want these from a real estate coach or to at least have the opportunity to openly discuss what these would look like in your business? We don’t think so!

All of this is why we went beyond just real estate sales coaching. Selling is just one piece of the real estate puzzle. Running a successful business means so much more than just your volume or number of transactions or number of agents on your team. We’ve taken all of our experience in al of these areas and wrapped it into a course for any agent that wants to LEARN, GROW, SCALE or EXIT with profitability in mind!
